I was a shy girl, one of those who didn’t talk to anyone. But deep inside, I knew there was a world to explore, and I was determined to uncover it. So, I decided to step out of my comfort zone, dive into life, and challenge myself continuously. That’s how I became the person I am today.
A person who fought to gain self-confidence, awareness, emotional intelligence, and create meaningful relationships with others.

It means there’s nothing in life that you can’t experience, achieve, transform, or transcend, as long as you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, step in, and give it a try.
In short, all of this can lead to extraordinary results, both in personal and professional life.

People always ask: “Valeria, how on earth did you start doing all of this?”
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about human potential. I wanted to know what exactly makes people truly happy, successful, and fulfilled? Why do some people struggle without results, while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?
I found my answer to this question early in my career. I implemented everything I learned about goal achievement, a winning mindset, and it all allowed me to become an internationally recognized top-tier volleyball player.
But as you well know, a sports career doesn’t last forever…
After the day I hung up my shoes, and a reflective phase where I felt lost, I made the most SENSATIONAL discovery of my life.
Nothing is more connected to business success than success in sports.
I gave up the security of a 9-5 employment, started doing a multitude of jobs to learn different things in areas I was passionate about to keep myself around the world as I slowly built a coaching business from scratch.
Today, I'm proud to tell you that I'm writing my story as a top-tier entrepreneur.
